DERA ISLMAIL KHAN: At least four people were killed and nine others sustained injuries in separate incidents in the district on Wednesday.
According to the details, two minor boys died while five others including two small girls sustained wounds when a wall collapsed burying the kids underneath in Ganju area on Kari Shomozai Road in the limits of Parwah police station. The deceased were identified as Muhammad Farooq and Shoib while the injured kids were Samiullah, Muhammad Sadiq, Muhammad Siraj, Gulaan Bibi and Aqsa Bibi. Two among the injured are said to be critical.
Separately, one Muhammad Noman shot dead his brother Muhammad Afnan over a minor family issue in Qasimabad area of Kulachi. Muhammad Chiragh, brother of the victim and accused, registered FIR with the police.
A speeding mini pickup truck ran over a motorcycle injuring four people including three women in the limits of Parwah Police Station. The wounded including Shah Nawaz, Sakina, and Samina were taken to hospital for medical care. Police registered a case against the driver.
